Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Return assessments
Requests for returns on prepaid service packages are reviewed based on completed service stages, delivered materials, and administrative costs already incurred.
Exclusions
Customised planning outputs and digital resources already delivered may be non-returnable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
